GM delays return-to-office mandate after employee backlash

DETROIT – General Motors is conducting injury management round its return-to-office plans after a Friday afternoon message to staff spurred backlash and confusion.

The firm’s senior management staff on Friday mentioned company staff can be required to return to bodily areas not less than three days every week, starting later this 12 months, in what the corporate referred to as an evolution of its present distant work insurance policies.
